Which cookies we use and how to manage your preferences.
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Niserva uses on niserva.com and inside the platform, what they do, and how to manage your choices.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a site. They let the site recognize you between visits, keep you logged in, remember your language preference and similar settings. Without cookies, parts of the platform (such as login) cannot work.

All necessary cookies are required for the platform to function and are not used for marketing. Analytics cookies are only set if you give explicit consent.
3. Third-party cookies
Some parts of the platform load third-party services that may set their own cookies:
- Stripe — on the checkout page (fraud prevention and session cookies), processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
- Vercel — security and DDoS protection cookies (e.g.
__vercel_*), processed by Vercel under its own policy.
Niserva does not directly control the contents of these cookies — see the partners' privacy documents for details.
4. Managing consent
The first time you visit the site a cookie consent banner appears. You can:
- Accept all cookies.
- Reject everything optional — only necessary cookies remain.
- Customize exactly which categories you allow.
You can change your choice at any time — open the cookie settings via .

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Note that blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging into Niserva because the login session depends on necessary cookies. Browser instructions:

6. Consent lifetime
Your consent is stored in the niserva.cookies.consent.v1 cookie and is valid for 12 months. After that the banner reappears and we ask again.
